Reasonably clean lake hotel with fantastically friendly and amicable staff. Big beds and a balcony and a lounge. Magnificent view of lake from the window. Self check in & the service was great. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Very nice experience there.

Its breakfast was absolutely superb, we greatly enjoyed the location too.
The room was immaculate & impressive together with shower, the master bedroom and microwave. Besides, the location was great and decent for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of Sail Barbary.

The rooms were well-organised and air conditioned and had a great view of the lake. The hotel was just next door to shops and resturants, a restaurant, and an excellent cafe which caters a widely varied menu thanks to its stunning location. This property met the demands in every way, recommend.

The location was perfect, just by the lake and close to everything. The room was very comfortable with great amenities like air conditioning, ironing facilities, and a kitchen with cookware and utensils. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially the manager who took over from the receptionist. I also loved the jacuzzi and beach access, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful scenery.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

No complaints, the venue met expectations, can recommend it. By and large, it was characterful base for sightseeing in Taupo, had much fun and met pleasant staff at the receptionist. The rooms were good-sized and view of the lake was amazing. The bed was extremely comfy and there were a microwave oven, coffee and tea making equipment, and a refrigerator.

During weekend everything was great and we would love to return. Overall clean hotel, thoroughly enjoyed to be so close to Lake Taupo, the cafe and Taupo itself thanks to great location. Booked a room with absolutely gorgeous views of the lake.
It was all superb.
